The International Recycling Incubation Summit 2026, organised by the IPCA Centre for Waste Management and Research, TERI SAS, is scheduled on 16-17 January, 2026, at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, India. This year’s summit theme is "Integrating sustainable waste supply chain logistics and low-carbon pathways for a circular economy".
IPCA Centre for Waste Management and Research (ICWMR) is a collaboration of Indian Pollution Control Association (IPCA) and TERI School of Advanced Studies (TERI SAS). The Centre of Excellence offers an autonomous and neutral platform to wide ranging stakeholder to discuss and agree for joint action; provide evidence-based inputs to Government, industries, and policy makers on scientific waste management, climate change and environment; and develop synergies with important actors in the field.
ICWMR conducts scientific research, provides consultancy services to industries and the government and spearheads training and capacity building programmes in the field of Carbon footprint assessment, Estimation of water footprint, Environmental, Social, and Governance compliance (ESG), Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR), Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Urban Metabolism, and Circular Economy.
The summit is designed to gather perspectives of stakeholders involved in waste management and circular economy.
